Welcome to Valley Adult Day Program

Welcome to Valley Adult Day Program, a vibrant and inclusive community space located in the heart of Dundas, Ontario. We provide a supportive, engaging, and enriching environment for adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities to connect, grow, and thrive.

Our program runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a balanced mix of community outings, physical activity, and life skill development. At Valley, no two days are the same—our participants enjoy swimming, bowling, nature walks, and hands-on activities that build independence, confidence, and social connection.

We believe in empowering individuals through real-world experiences. Whether we’re cooking a meal together, learning to bake, tidying a space, or exploring our beautiful town, every activity is designed to build daily living skills in a fun and meaningful way.

At Valley, our participants are not just part of a program—they’re part of a community. Our team is passionate about inclusion, respect, and creating joyful experiences that support each person’s unique strengths and goals.
